Adding your work schedule to your google calendar – Google helped to solve this issue

Customer……

I work a rotating shift schedule which is standard every month. Basically I want a shortcut (likely by using a weekly/daily repeat function) to set up the hours for the year without having to go in and individually add each day. For example, the shift is set up as follows:

Beginning 24 January – Monday – Sunday from 6am-2pm
Beginning 3 Feb – Thursday-Wednesday from 10pm-6am
Beginning 14 Feb – Mon-Thurs from 2-10pm

Of course, you scatter some random days off because the hours end up being more than you actually need, but in general, I would like to repeat those all on the same days. I attempted to use the weekly repeat, but it does it from the end of the shift, not the beginning, so when you schedule out 4 weeks from a night shift it messes up the days.

Google answer…..

HEY DUDE, I JUST DID MINE AND THIS POST BY KiethR2010 BELOW HELPED ME IT… WAS EASY.

ALL YOU BASICALLY DO IS REPEAT THROUGH DAILY AND CHOSE THE SET DAYS. MY SCHEDULE IS WORKS 2 DAY SHIFTS 2 NIGHTS AND OFF 4 SO I ENTERED THE FIRST DAY IN MY CALENDAR THEN REPEATED IT EVERY 8 DAYS. IT WORKS LIKE MAGIC LOL
